Here at NOW Travel Insurance Services, we endeavour to make the buying of travel insurance as quick and as stress-free as possible. We believe that travel insurance should be available to as many people as possible. People up to the age of 75 can be covered (70 on Annual policies), all pre-existing medical conditions are considered with many covered free. Over 100 sports and activities are already covered on all of our travel insurance policies with additional activity packs available if required.

Website showed error when paying. Took payment however but company didn't acknowledge that I existed or had a policy. Phone lines either didn't work or didn't get answered. Not exactly helpful via email either with no answer beyond "we don't have a policy for you". Still got my money though. After 13 days though a policy (dated 13days after payment) suddenly appears in my inbox. Lucky me. Think it will be cancelled as a company this unhelpful is not one I wish to rely on in a potential emergency.
