Didn't name turkey on anything tried to charge extra 45 pounds to put turkey on so cancelled and 2 weeks later still not had a refund and don't answer emails or phone so a pile a crap

Took two days to process my policy. So I Tryed to call and check everything was ok. After holding for 45 minutes I gave up. The policy eventually arrived. Sorry not a great first impression.
