Germany | 12 July 2024I bought a bike for round about 2600 euro on march 22. As it was delivered it got a scratch on the frame due to the delivery. I sent pictures to RDR-Bikes and they immediatelly agreed on a 100 Euro discount and told me they would transfer it same day. PLOTTWIST: the refund never happened. since then i mailed them 9 times and no one responded. Therefore I switched to their whatsApp-Support where they suddenly answered and reasured me AGAIN that they will send the refund by the end of the week and apologized for the long waiting time. Guess what: it didn’t happen again, they just played me. Further questions from my side where ignored again and again. So Overall: If you care about costumer service and about not getting ghosted for several months: Please order somewhere else. There are enough bike shops around the Internet.
