Almost all perfect. Delivery was fast, contact with RDR was perfect. The only negative thing is that both tubes are damaged and also rear derailleur cable housing is damaged and I can't instantly start cycling on this bike... But overall I wish all webstores was like RDR Bikes.

Shipping of the order was quite fast. Packaging of the ordered goods was very good. Price was good QPR. All went smooth.

My first question for seller was: Is this bike like exact is describe on your webiste ? Answer from seller was YES. And i ordered bike. After two weeks i was very surprise. Was NOT like was describes on website. Wheelset was not from Velomann, sadle was not from Velomann....Now i have some mix Veloman and sele italia, Vision Team .... Vision wheelset maximum pressure is 100PSI and tyre have minimum pressure 100PSI = is only one choice PSI Saddle is some very cheap piece and not usable for riding Why is fork for size bike 55 110cm ? expected 100cm breakes was not maintenance. was not possible round with wheel (both wheels) Shifting was crazy, was not working, was out of range, i must go 10 steps in one side (maybe is hanger broken....) Why seller lied about description? Becouse if seller tell me sorry, maybe you will be getting some mix. I NEVER buyed this bike. Seller definitelly will be here saying like to others "But you have all in same price" One positive was price. But you must counting with service and with another specification bike. Don't trust what is describe on website

I bought Bianchi Impulso Comp here with 30% discount, in that time there was no better offer anywhere else...I called Rocco with Whatsapp because i didn't know this store before...he showed me my future bike and he was very kind...it takes 3 working days to shipping in Slovenia...extremely fast...then i had to assemble the bike because it cames on pieces...it costed me 50 eur more for professional mechanic who assembled the bike...i recomend RDR Bikes to anyone, anytime...thanks!
