Truly wonderful people who work in this garage especially Ross who helped me with my walking frame and looked after me whilst my car was being repaired. If all your employees are like Ross then you’ve no complaints. He is a credit to your company.

Fantastic service. Was initially a little disappointed that my first booking was cancelled due to staff shortages but second appointment was booked in without much delay and I found the repair engineer courteous, very experienced and I'm really happy with the repair. My car looks as good as new.

The customer service was 100%, l spoke too 2 ladies on phone first lady was Claire she was very helpful very patient and understanding explained everything to me that l could understand, then l spoke to a lady called Carol she also was very helpful and both very well mannered, then you guy who delivered my car back to me very well presented very patient and very well mannered his name was Jack/ Jake can't remember as l had a lot on my mind at the time although the service all round 100%.
