Friendly staff, a very quick repair my car was back within the week.

I needed one individual to project manage this repair rather than the three different companies that seemed to be involved in contacting me, meaning I had to send the same information more than once. It also means that it is not clear who to contact when there is an issue, as I have. I have a problem with a patch of paintwork on the repair and e-mailed Activate, who did the repair a week ago but although the e-mail has been read, nobody has got back to me. It appears that once the repair is signed off they are no longer interested, leaving me with a car that was not returned to me in the state it was in before the accident. I am very disappointed and the whole experience has been stressful. I will continue trying to resolve the issue with my paintwork and will update this review if relevant.
