I was without a car for 6 weeks. During this time I was provided with a rental car for 2 days. I’m very disappointed that I wasn’t provided with a courtesy car during the full time of being without a car as stated in my in my insurance policy.

From the moment they collected my car for repairs to then returning it, I received communication on every aspect of the process. I was informed of everything that needed doing and kept in the loop at all times. They are a very friendly company and the work done on my car is second to none. I would highly recommend using these guys.

Initially Rapid Repair network was assigned to my claim they failed to turn up on the first date then came and said they couldnt do it on the next allocated day on my drive. I decided to go with a body shop Active accident repair who were very good in all aspects doing a good job and picking up and delivering my car.

Very pleased with the repair, the vehicle isn’t a very common one so parts would have been difficult to source, it was collected and returned promptly and looked great, with a little more fuel in it than it left with. Excellent service.

Everything was ok, the car looks like brand new also they washed and cleaned my car, the driver that delivered my car was the same person that took it and i could tell that he is a very good driver also his customer service is 12/10…. Very polite and professional. I’m a happy customer, happy customers=successful business.
