Worst experience for an insurance repair claim I have encountered (Kings Langley branch) They never answer the phone even when you’ve been on hold for over an hour and blame “shortage of staff” Not good enough! Increase capacity to cover the demand. When you do eventually manage to speak with someone, promises of a callback never materialise. If you have an insurance claim and this company is conducting repairs I would avoid as it’s one of the painful and time consuming experiences I have faced, and still I have no confirmation when I can expect my vehicle back or if they will complete ALL the repairs which they initially agreed to!

Repair flawless. Courtesy car delivered to my house and my car taken to repair shop. After repair my car was returned to me at my hose and courtesy car returned. I was kept up to date on progress of repair and office staff always polite, efficient and helpful when I needed to contact them.

Once the insurance company finally gave the go ahead to do the work it was done competently and quickly there customer service was excellent I was informed all the way through the process
