Car looks fine, no problem with that. Unhappy that I found the bumper that they took off and replaced was in my boot for me to get rid of! Also had some trouble regarding my headlights. Went back to say headlights wouldn't go off. Told that was how they were. Even showed videos to prove this. I still disputed this, their electrical guy looked at the car, sorted it and now my headlights only come on when dark. Although guys in garage very nice would not rate them very highly.

This company is run by clowns. 10 months I've been dealing with these jokers. Avoid at all costs.

After having a deer jump out in front of me the garage took in my car and done all the repairs to it but then they just didn’t do the repairs it was cleaned inside and out fantastic job

communication needs to improve. Insurance companies need to communicate better and answer the phone . I shouldn't be chasing after 3 months of waiting for my car to be repaired. Very poor service

It took over a year for MRN to get the repair completed. MRN never answer their telephone nor reply to enquiries.

I was very pleased today and with my overall experience. I couldn’t fault the service, staff and my vehicles repair. They was very quick with the turn over time for my vehicle repair, friendly staff and I was kept up to date with everything regarding the car. To my surprise I also had my car cleaned and hoovered, you don’t get that everywhere I would 100% recommend you will be looked after throughout, Great company!
