Lovely quality but delivery is slow. Even after paying extra for 'Next Day' delivery, my item still took 4 days to arrive.

I received somebodyelse’s delivery by mistake (these things happen) When I called to tell them they were on it straight away and I had my order the next day. I prefer small companies like this where you get quality, proper customer service, because you can talk directly to those dealing with your goods. Much much better, thanks for great service and lovely quality product.

I was disappointed in the quality of the pegboard. It arrived with a chip in the paint in the corner, and I felt the quality of the finish on the pegs was poor as they were rough and not smoothed out. I also think the quality of the board itself was not great, with it blistering when pushing the pegs in and out. I really think this was not good value for money and would not recommend others to purchase.

I ordered something on 20 March. I heard nothing so I emailed again on 23 March to find out when my order would be dispatched. I had a reply on 26 March saying it would be dispatched within the next 24 hours. On 29 March it had still not been dispatched and so I sent an email stating I would like to cancel my order and have my money refunded. As of today 3 April I have had no response from them.

The design of the kettle and collour was as expected, medium weight not too heavy but substantial to make safe on the hob.

Product was great. Well made and as expected, looks great by the fire. Delivery was rather slow. Had communication with apology that it would be sent within 24 hours but it took another 72 to be despatched so not sure what happened there. Got there in the end though.

1st class, no issues whatsoever

Placed my order on 21st Feb...it’s now the 5th March...my order has still not arrived! I had to send email to find out when my order would be sent to find out the item was out of stock & when it came in it would be sent out immediately...still waiting. Wish I had used another company for my item 🙄

In the end the light was not the right size for our kitchen but the staff member was kind and gave me help and advice to return the fitting. I will look for another one from them as they were lovely to deal with.

A great product sturdy and easy to put together. A little bigger than expected would fit four pairs of wellies easily.
