Products as described, arrived on time, good communication- perfect!

Terrible company to deal with. I ordered and received a set of door knobs which arrived very obviously damaged. I returned them for a refund (which I received) and to also include the return postage. I had to argue that the postage be repaid in full which in itself is ridiculous as they shouldn't have been sent in the state they were in. This has been going on since 20.11.17 and after many emails and a phone call I have only received a partial refund of the postage! The customer service is awful and the staff incompetent. I would not recommend this company and not use them again.

I bought some over sized pegs to display my son's artwork. Excellent quality product, if a slightly different design to the picture. They look fab in his bedroom and are really quirky. Quick delivery and good email communication, I will definitely be using Grace & Glory again.

Picture ledge arrived very well packaged, actually had a job getting into it... Well made, nicely finished, not up yet though as it's a present for Christmas but seems ideal!

Ordered 3 Horton Pendants from Grace and Glory, their Customer Service was excellent, the Pendants were sent out, arrived when they said they would, were packaged very well. They look absolutely fabulous hung in a row of 3 over Worktop. Will,definitely use Grace and Glory again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had to click a star to comment I phoned the shop before ordering as it was 5 in the evening to see if I paid £10.56 delivery would I receive my light the next day and I was assured that I would it never arrived when I phoned to ask why I was told that I ordered it to late for next day delivery I explained that I called first only to be told it is what it is I wouldn’t ever recommend this company because the product is cheap and nasty BEWARE PEOPLE

I'm located in Texas and ordered 20 small frames. They were all individually and carefully wrapped and all arrived in perfect condition. The customer service is amazing. Thanks Grace and Glory Home for a great experience!

Ordered item close to a month ago. Still haven't received it 😯

The handles were good quality and as advertised but it took over a over week for the Grace and Glory to dispatch them, which in these next day delivery days is unacceptable, especially as the builder had completed and left the job.

Ordered product, that is absolutaly fabulous, better than I would have thought, only took a few days and packaged up very and sound I am absolutaly overjoyed with the herbie car with the xmas tree on top, worth every penny regards jane welch
