Husband had struggled to find a small enough door handle for our new internal bifold doors. Grace & Glory had the ideal one....came reasonably quickly. Very pleased.

Reasonably quick service. However, the grill was slightly kinked owing to inadequate packaging. I managed to straighten it sufficiently but better packaging could have avoided the issuee.

Excellent service and quality

I bought the copper cup handles from Grace and glory home Ltd. They just arrived and are not the same as the finish in the photos at all. In the photos the handles are shown to be bright copper with a slightly burnished finish. The ones I have received look like they might be copper but we're painted over with black. Very ugly product and not at all worth the price.

I wanted traditional brass doorknobs which wouldn't quickly discolour after a few years like cheap ‘off the peg’ ones. This company supplies great designs and the service is family -firm style, friendly and prompt. Would recommend!

In addition to being overpriced (you can buy identical handles cheaper on other sites), they are also poor quality. Out of 4 items purchased, ine arrived faulty (gave up chasing for replacement after 3 months) and another handle just broke after a couple of months in use. They, of course, blame it all on my builder. He fitted all my handles in the house without problems, only Grace & Glory handles had issues.

The item was way over priced for what is was and compared to other companies selling exactly the same product! I contacted them to ask what could be done about this and sent them the link to the company that was selling exactly the same item at less than half the price but was told there was nothing they could do and to return the item to get a refund. To return it would have cost nearly half of the product price including the initial delivery charge to my address, regret my purchase

This mail box was disappointing. It needed a lot of work to make it weather proof eg sealing gaps inside because of poor joinery, blocking the large slot at the front (not really needed as the whole lid lifts up and there is no lock) and painting the whole structure. Overall, poor value for money and we still don’t know if it will keep our mail dry!

Apart from the high quality of product, the service was just excellent. Can't recommend them highly enough. Many thanks for your generous help. Merry Christmas! 🙂
