Delivery speed was average. Letter plate I purchased was very nice but poor design made it difficult to install . Never received it within 5 days of ordering. Not despatched until 6 days from purchase date

Carpenter came yesterday to sand and stain my front door and replace the old furniture. Ordered door knocker, letterbox and door knob from G&G, but not door numbers, as I wasn't keen on the style of number 2! Beautiful quality and very pleased with the result. Would like to attach before and after photos, but can't see an option to do this? Cathy

I was to pleased to eventually find this company! I live in a Victorian house and do my best to keep all original features. A previous owner had put some very dubious door furniture on the lovely heavy old front door. I have been researching good brass fittings for some years, buying, only to find out pretty quickly that the “brass” was in fact lacquered and tarnished badly very quickly. I learnt my lesson. Grace and Glory have saved my door. Their products are fabulous, stylish and well……..brass!! I have had so many comments about how good the door looks now. OK, these door knobs are lovely and aged, they look great and add a vintage look to a door. I got the brass rounded ones that were sold at £32 a pair. Not inexpensive. My complaint is that they are shipped attached to a long spindle which needs to be swapped for doors of our size in the UK - which is a pain in itself. Then GraceandGlory do supply a new shorter spindle which is helpful but the screw they supply (with the original spindle) is too small for the shorter spindle. So if, like me, you don't have a plethora of brass-coloured screws, be prepared to go to the hardware store before you can fix them onto your doors.
