All my details were stored, very helpful, my holiday was booked in about 5 minutes followed by all the details being sent immediately, very impressed with the service.

When I questioned this I was told the other flight out was too late which I didn’t understand. I should have questioned this but didn’t 😣

BA website useless, and Van at Jetline didn't know (but assumed none). Jetline took no ownership and left me to chase around with BA and the cruise company who told me allowance was 23kg. Jetline should have known at the outset, or at the very least found out for me. Poor service.

United Kingdom | 28 January 2024Booked a 7 day stay in Hurghada and then a 7 day Nile cruise which initially was a good deal. The hotel we were booked in didn’t have very good reviews which was a bit disappointing but then on arrival it got changed to a ‘upgraded’ hotel but the location of this one was crap. All in all for what we paid we cannot really complain but what has annoyed us immensely is what we got lured into for paying for the excursion package. When we first booked we were told it was £189 pp but we weren’t sure so we left it and then we decided to book it about 2 months prior to leaving and was told it would now cost £269 pp. when we queried that we were told even though it was quiet season the price on their site said FROM…they offered us a discount to £249 and was told that’s all they could do!! However after speaking to others who paid different prices all less than us I believe these agents are on a commission as why else would the prices vary for the same trips for the same time!!! We were fed utter bull and wish we’d just left it as buying the same package over there we would have got the original price we were quoted ie £190 pp thus saving us £60 each nthix is nothing to do with exchange rates….just sales tactics from their agents. Speaking to others on same holiday it appears what you are quoted for all inc drinks on boat can vary as to what agent you speak to as well ….. Have bad taste in our mouths about this company now and my advice to one and all is DO NOT BOOK ANY EXTRA ADD ONS OR EXCURSION PACKAGES WITH THEM UNLESS YOU KNOW YOU ARE 100% GETTING A GOOD DEAL UPFRONT!!!!

The cruise includes flights and transfers and he even found my membership number with the cruise company. My documents arrived a couple of days later as promised. I have travelled with Jetline Cruise several times before and never been disappointed.
