United Kingdom | 24 August 2022We booked a cruise well over a year and a half ago, its a thirty five night cruise. When the booking was made with Tony he failed to tell us that Cunard had an automatic upgrade to an obscured balcony cabin, so we missed out on this, when we contacted him about it, he said that it would cost 60 pounds but he could not get through to Cunard, when he did it was then going to cost 360 pounds which we declined. We were also given some of the hotels but not all, so when we were going to pay the final balance we wanted to know all the hotels, we were told Tony would let us know in a couple of days, now four weeks later nothing. I rand the customer service number yesterday explained that I wanted to know the name of my New York hotel, which they still could not offer, I them asked to speak to a manager and was passed around the office to various call handlers, but never a manager. Was told Tony would ring me back at 3.30 and he didn't, so I rang him and guess what his computer was not working still. I asked if the manager would ring me back and still nothing. Such a shame as there was another cruise I really wanted to go on but now will not be booking with Jetline.

United Kingdom | 24 August 2022Still waiting for a £500 deposit refund for a cancelled cruise for over a year now. They keep kicking the can down the road with a well scripted story. Read a few posts here from people who've been waiting 2 years and I know that's where I'm headed, so am going to go through the small claims court and report to trading standards. Anyone in the same position, don't believe what jetcruises promise.

United Kingdom | 23 August 2022Having a terrible experience with this company trying to get a refund that the company advised and authorised to us for private taxi transfers totalling over £350 because booked transfers never arrived. It is now 6 weeks later and we are still arguing and getting nowhere. Customer service disgusting when we spent over £3,000 on a holiday.

United Kingdom | 22 August 2022JETLINE CRUISE - BE CAREFUL! Says 4.5 * on their website.. not sure how? I booked and paid £350 deposit for cruise (should be £100 for NCL) with add on hotel and ship benefits then few days later they came back and said I couldn't have Savoy hotel in great area but they had another hotel similar .. was in a dodgy area of Buenos Aires! Also said $200 onboard spend then came back and said only $100. I waited then cancelled and re-booked direct when special offer came out and saved £900. Jetline cruise kept all of my £350 deposit and wouldn't ask NCL to swap my £100 deposit out of spite so we both lost it. Still saved a huge amount of money though. Never booking with this dodgy bucket shop in north London again.
