We sent them a very clear request on the number of packages and locations where we want them to be sent. They sent us a quote, we agreed on it. After spending weeks on designing a logo and preparing custom messages to match their product and even reducing number of packages to slightly lower, they sent us a final bill with more than DOUBLE the cost of what we were originally promised. We feel scammed and our time has been wasted that could have been spent with more legit company.

Getting me the trophies on the day of presentation was awesome and I'm still on cloud 9. However, it would have been nice if a follow-up email (or phone call) had been sent regarding the lack of payment as there was great communication when I had not received my proofs (in junk mail).
