I've used Baudville numerous times while with another organization and they were fabulous to work with. This year, with a new company, we had a hiccup and needed to order custom laser engraved awards for an event only a week away. Not only were the awards beautiful and perfect, they arrived a day earlier than promised. Five stars across the board!

Dealt with a new rep this year. As usual, she was helpful & patient. I was able to make a new selection as the trophy we previously used was discontinued by Baudville. I received the award but the recipient won't receive it until 12/14-I have no doubt she will love it.

The design person who sent the proofs had zero attention to detail. They kept making mistakes (spelling errors, missing punctuation, etc.), requiring multiple edits to the proofs before approval could be given. This caused a delay in the production of my order, and I almost missed my event altogether. It was a very stressful, time-consuming, and frustrating experience. I will find a new company to work with for our future engraving needs.

I ordered 100 of the recycled notebooks with our company's logo included on the front. I was super excited about the opportunity to try a new company, especially one local to Michigan! Sadly the notebooks arrived damaged and have printing errors (not that anything is spelt incorrectly but the printing press had something on the "A" so it's wonky on almost all of the notebooks). I sent an email to customer service so I am hoping they can help rectify the concern.

I ordered 5 year pins and boxes. Only the boxes have arrived.
