the pen is not engraved although I put that in my order details( Only the box has an engravement, but not the pen. Very disappointed.

I just received the G.O.A.T. Award I purchased for a long-time employee, 25 years. The plaque on the award is scuffed up on one side; I am disappointed with the quality of this item.

I called and spoke with Suzanne, and she helped me re- order my items and get them shipped out super quick I received them the day I needed them by 9:50am and they look beautiful.
