Don't really know where to begin. Placed an order on approximately 8/15/24 that was to arrive within the week on time for new staff to arrive. Order didn't show up. After repeated calls to see where the order was, I was told it had shipped. Shocker, it never shipped. Then last week I called again, asked if I wanted these personalized, never asked for them to be personalized....finally received today....So disappointing, start to finish. I will be searching for another recognition company after 20 years of doing business with Baudeville :(
