Fast turnaround time for a custom trophy! I ordered it Friday and received it Monday! I am very happy with the finished product.

I had to reorder an anniversary gift for one of our employees. The only thing I needed to change was the name on the item. I called customer service and they were able to quickly put in the order and send me a proof. I approved the proof on Friday and received the item on Monday. Super fast turnaround and great customer service!

I am very happy with the product. I like the fact I can make my own custom verse. However, the online system didn't show the complete verse but wanted me to approve it before moving to the cart. Very unsettling approving something that isn't complete. Not sure why you need that step when you do send a proof via email before putting it into production.
