Thanks to Sarah in the Oranmore branch, always great for advice on products and so easy and helpful to deal with. Recently completed our new build and sourced all our internal doors, hardware and skirting and architrave with Sarah’s help. Everything was also delivered quickly.

Highly recommend. Rang to see if I could get a particular paint colour. Girl said she could mix it for me. When I arrived it was mixed and waiting for me. Colour was perfect. Great customer service.

Horrible experience at Oranmore. Lady who one time before told me they had no pickets even though there were plenty today had no shiplap. I found eight but told they were sold already. Maybe they were but after the pickets felt lied to again. Had wood cut before and other than this women had an OK experience.

Absolutely amazing service & speedy delivery within 16 hours rom the time i ordered , the delivery driver was very plesant & friendly I'm very impressed overall definitely a happy customer

Ordered on line/ 2 weeks waiting for timber delivery and its still not here 1st email was responded to, 2nd ignored. its just plain old timber, nothing special. shouldn't take 2 weeks to sort out a delivery order number 000077589 Edit:- Revised to 3 star. Although the website said 3-5 days for delivery and it took a lot longer, once they got the stock in, delivery was arranged for the very next day. Doesn't quite make up for the delay, but at least the effort was made to get my order to me quick once stock was in

Visited TJ O'Mahony's, Oranmore, last week. I had a long list of items that I needed to decide on and purchase. I really needed a lot of assistance and Ray (Russell) provided this ...and more! He was extremely patient, thorough and ever so helpful showing me the full range of the different products I needed. No question was too small, no task was too big...he really did an amazing job! I only had an hour to get through my long shopping list and Ray was at all times very well informed, professional, efficient & courteous. As in the Gort branch too, the store was clean and well stocked, with plenty of knowledgeable staff available & willing to help.

I have all time good experience with this Store. Can recommend for DIY.
