I use Achilles Heel every time I need a new pair of running trainers. I've always had good service, a great price and quick delivery. Never had to return anything or had any issues.

Achilles Heel, both kit shop and foot and body repair shop, are brilliant. Just a word of caution about Hoka sizing. I'm a UK size 7.5. So I bought an 8. Lost a nail. Tried a 9. A bit sloppy but usable. Finally ordered Hoka Speedgoat 3 from Achilles Heel. Came by post so fast. Wore them for 3 hours in cinema. Fine. Did 5k. Fine. Then 16k hill run before I reckoned the fit was perfect! So 1 full size bigger. But this is not a golden rule as the Hoka toe box is a bit narrow. If your toe width is narrow you will need to experiment.

Ordered items on line - couldn't print off the returns label so had to take items back to the shop. The staff were exceptionally helpful and sorted matters out. In addition I purchased a new pair of trainers. The young gentleman who served me took time to check that they were the correct trainers for my "gait" and that I was happy with them.
