Great advice and easy to order, shoes arrived the next day

I thought it was time to replace my trusty Brooks running shoes, so looked on AH for a new pair as they had the larges range and good prices too. Unfortunately the pair that I ordered went out of stock as I placed my order, I cannot fault the customer service that I received and within a short while I had had a refund and they had recommended another pair of Brooks for me to try. These arrived super quick and are fabulous. Will be using AH next time I buy some new trainers, would throughly recommend

I ordered online, was asked for shipping address, entered details but when, after a few days, the item hasn’t arrived I emailed the company to be told that a glitch in the system means entering a shipping address does not mean the item will be delivered. This is disappointing and leaves a sense of amateurism.

I ordered 2 gift cards online and applied a discount code for my first order, I got an email the next day to tell me the whole order had been cancelled because the discount did not apply. That was disappointing. Ordered again to go to different addresses, I clicked on collect instead of dispatch. I emailed to ask for delivery and it was answered soon after, good service, it was no bother to change.
