Achilles Heel is a perfect example of what an online shopping experience should be like. Over approximately 4 weeks I was having issues with the fitting of my spikes. Despite feeling like I was being an inconvenience, the Achilles Heel staff were extremely friendly and make every effort to make sure you find what you need and help you with your decision. I have communicated with them via their website, email and phone and it has been nothing sure of exemplary. An extremely fast and a reliable service, with no issues with shipping or returns at all. I would definitely shop with them again. Their customer service truly made all the difference.

Was looking for an affordable supplier of Maurten carbohydrate drinks and gels and quickly short listed Achilles Heel. Purchased online which was quick and easy. Product shipped rapidly and I was really pleased when I had a personal follow up from the team to check that all was good with my purchase. Not something you see often when buying online these days. Will definitely purchase from Achilles Heel again and likely expand on which products I purchase from here.

I was looking for somewhere to get decent sprinting spikes for my daughter and one of her coaches recommended this company. They had an amazing range of products though I was a little reluctant as it appeared to be a small business in Scotland and I was a bit fearful of how long the trainers would take to be processed. How wrong could I be? We decided to go for it and my daughter picked a pair that were at a great price. The shipping price was excellent and I received tracking details for my package within the hour and they were ready to collect in a day. Amazing! There was a small issue with the key and pins missing, here we go I thought. So I called them up and was greeted by absolutely superb customer service. The lady was welcoming, apologetic and extremely helpful. She shouted out to the packing guy Whilst I was on the phone and reassured me that the missing items would be dispatched immediately. She was true to her word as they arrived the very next day. In the meantime, I had also had a personal email from a manager, this being my first order, and he followed up to make sure everything was in order. Very rarely have I felt more genuinely VALUED as a customer. Well done Achilles Heel, you will definitely get much more of my business.

For a small indie shop then I think they performed excellently and I will gladly check back to AH next time I'm looking for running clothing. I ordered end of Thursday, and had the item in my hands on Saturday morning, which is as quick as you can get with standard shipping. Job well done.

Great company to deal with. The glasses I ordered were out of stock (although showing on the website as available). I was quickly contacted and advised that there would be a slight delay in getting them to me as they needed to wait a delivery. They promised to send them out by next day delivery at no extra cost as soon as they could and by the end of the week, I was wearing my new shades on a run. Will definitely use Achilles heel again 👍👍👍

Love my Nike's. Good price at Achilles Heel compared to elsewhere and didn't see this style anywhere else. Delivery with DPD which for me is good as there's a depot nearby and near my work.
