We bought the medium mattress. We’ve had it for about a month now I am sleeping. The best I have for years. I literally climb into bed and don’t move till I wake up. If you’re thinking about it, don’t think too long. Just do it. Best thing I’ve ever done in bedding.

Clear communications from order to after delivery. Quick delivery and appreciated the how to open instructions. Mattress had a distinct odour at first but quickly went away (about a week). Loving our duck mattress. So comfy and like how you can easily unzip and wash the top cover. Hopefully the zip lasts ok as it is quite fine. Very happy with purchase. Thank you 😊

Fabulous mattress and super quick delivery (under 24 hours from order to delivery to my home). Information on the product was really helpful. The quiz on soft medium hard, great. The delivery was exceptional, arrived on time, and was told when it was leaving the warehouse. The box with wheels was easy to manage and the mattress expanded slowly when you slowly cut the wrapping. It was all it said it was.

The mattress is everything you promised, very comfortable & barely any movement felt from my partner. The only negative thing, is the space between the bed edge & mattress makes it very difficult to tuck sheets under the mattress.

Best sleep we’ve had in a long time. The edge is nice and firm for my partner to transition from wheelchair to bed and vice versa also.

You might find it unusual that I am giving a 5-star review for a mattress I did not actually end up keeping. But my experience with this company has been nothing but superb, so I definitely want to acknowledge this. Ordering was easy, and the mattress came promptly. Yes, it IS heavy. I just about managed on my own though, so you might just need to ask a friend. The quality of the product was really good. There was no smell, and materials and workmanship were of high standards. As it was, while not being far off, it was not quite right for me. I seem to do better with non-pocket sprung products, being lighter and curvier. But that's ok, because the peace of mind that came with the money back guarantee was just wonderful. Response times and quality of responses from Sleeping Duck were outstanding too. The only mini-glitch I had was that their chosen charity that was meant to collect were unable to offer me a collection time frame that suited me, but Sleeping Duck immediately got back to me to sort this out, and a different, local charity was made beneficiary instead. I even got to follow "my" mattress's path and saw what a difference it made in someone's life. I can absolutely recommend you buy a mattress from Sleeping Duck as this is a risk free purchase of a high quality product from a company that offers outstanding customer support.

The foam retains your heat. The mattress was great for a year and a bit, but now even with the firm it's really soft and I wake up feeling like I've slept on a futon. We've had it almost 3 years and have even added on a cooling topper about a year ago to contact the heating up. We've upgraded our ceiling fan thinking it could've been a number of other issues, but what I've found is that my side facing up would be cold from the fan and my side touching the mattress would be so hot and sometimes I'd wake up in a sweat. I do not recommend this product. They have a 100 night guarantee but that does jack all when the issue arise after the first year. I also suspect a lot of their reviews across many review sites are fake.

Crap mattress and rubbish customer service. After only 2 years the mattress is extremely uncomfortable as the foam inserts have lost all density. Customer service refuse to replace as apparently they require a 3 cm sag, however they are very clever because foam does not sag even when it loses its density so no one ever gets any service!!!! Don't waste your money. I wasted $2000 on this mattress and I regret ever since cent of it.
