The mattress is amazing never slept on anything like it. The only issue I have with the bed is it is abit low to the ground. It would be great if you made the legs alot higher

you have a great website very informative. mattress is just comfortable and fantastic. seems to be very warm, so have taken off electric blanket, probably should have gotten the pillows and the extra liner, oh well.

After researching mattress/bedding online I thought I would give sleeping duck a go. I ordered a firm king size with winter duvet,pillows and sheets. After 7 weeks I can honestly say I am really happy I decided to go with sleeping duck. Mattress is really comfy and duvet keeps me warm in these cold winter nights. I now want to update second bedroom with sleeping duck bedding!!

What helped was that we knew what we wanted. So on entering the store we asked directly for the C Spine bed. The staff were good at explaining the mattress construct and we were done in just over 30 minutes. Then before leaving decided to purchase our child a bed as well. Everything including warranties was explained and we were happy.

I have recently ordered firm mattress and I am amazed to see how good the mattress is. Recommend to all, The only mistake was not opting for premium service. I have used Ecosa mattress earlier, comparing both Sleeping duck is better, as a Airbnb business owner in Ryde, its important to have a good mattress. But i am shocked to see, when i was helping the driver to take out the mattress from his van, i saw he also had Ecosa mattresses in the back of his van Upon asking the delivery man, he told me they deliver both from the same place. Now i know why both mattress have same quality and comfort. I have also ordered 2 more Ecosa mattresses And would like to opt for premium services this time, do you also offer premium services in Ecosa as well? Feels good to see how 2 competitors working together and providing best mattresses in Australia. So far best experience.

The ordering process was simple, the mattress arrived on time, the video explaining how to open it were clear and correct. The mattress is very comfortable and we were very happy with the whole process. The follow up texts were good and to be asked if there was anything else they could do shows great customer service.

The quality of the product stands up to all the statements put forward by the manufacturer. The guarantee of fitful sleep has been surpassed. My wife has stated that she has never experienced such restful, comfortable & fitful sleep. We are extremely happy with our purchase.

I love my bed and my mattress. It took a while to settle in to it but I'm glad I gave it time. Don't you say 21 days to fully settle? I was a bit worried that when I turned the mattress after the first month I'd have to start over again. However, it's just fabulous. It's cosy and comfy and I no longer wake up with an aching back.

Mattress was delivered with no fuss.Surprised it was packed the way it was when it come undone it was up side down so we had turn it the right way up That would be alright but we are elderly so So please show which way it goes to bee unrolled then it can just be on the put on the bed first and let go.

We bought a queen mattress with medium firmness and a Boyd Indestruct bed frame. The end result is excellent, the journey there a bit bumpy, but was supported by excellent customer service. I would recommend either seeing the bed frames in person if that is possible, or ordering swatches prior to purchasing on line. We ended up returning the first bed frame (Baker - European Ash) as the colour was not at all what we thought it would be. Another tip - do not damage the box or packaging in case you need to return it. After seeing some swatches we were more confident with our order of the Boyd bed in light grey. This bed, however, arrived without the tool kit which took another few days to arrive. That was over a month ago and we couldn't be happier with the end result. My husband and I are enjoying our soft but supportive mattress and squeak-free, solid bed base. The only slight negative is that the mattress is a bit hot, but no hotter than our previous old mattress.

What I like about which really surprised me was the quality of the mattress.

I have never slept on a cloud before but after sleeping on my SD mark 2 I now know what it feels like....... just magic.
