Ordered lights for next day delivery and was given a text message time slot. Lights arrived exactly as requested and on time. Can't ask for any more than that.

I must say the operator was helpful courteous and apologetic. After buying three lights email received to say order ok. Then an email later that was NOT CLEAR at all that I had been re credited same amount, BUT with no explanation. Yes my fault I just accepted the e mail but it is exactly the same bar small print to say its a credit back to me because itms were not available . I waited a week before calling and in meantime received this customer survey. A one off maybe, but detracts from the good website, ease of payment , and bottom line good prices. Make communication emails far clearer and donot take orders for equipment not in stock or discontinued.

Very friendly and happy to offer advice.Ordered Zep 1 LED lights in extra warm white. One light failed at installation but Downlights direct were extremely helpful and sent out a replacement quickly. Happy with the lights in operation. Would purchase from downlights direct again without hesitation.

The lights need the specific T4 20w bulbs and seem to be shorter than standard (Screwfix).
