Tried all local outlets for what I founed out was an un usual tube size. It was for under cabinet lighting in a kitchen. Info on there site allowed me to measure old bulb exactly and searching & ordering bulb was easy. Price was best compared to couple of other sites I had found. Tube came as a twin pack so I have a spare. Only bad point when deliverd box was bent and obviously bulbs would be broken. Took photos as I unpacked them just incase but on phoneing downlights direct they just sent out replacements which arrived the next day. This time packaged far better with fragile stickers on. Would use again & recommend 15/05/13 P.S. i was looking for replacement clips for holding flurescent tube fittings (old ones 1 broken 2 sprained so fittings kept dropping out) after much searching it seemed they only came with the complete fittings so rang these people up for advise and he sent me some in the post. Excellent service. Now 5 star its the little things that count

Simple & effective way to purchase your lighting, plenty of advice online. I did phone the company once where advice was freely given and politely explained how to use the website more effectively, delivery was prompt so I only had to order just before items required, therefore no storage problems whilst my kitchen was ripped out & ceilings & lighting replaced. I would have preferred to have been emailed that my order had been accepted and that delivery would occur the next day rather have to ring to find out what was happening. But once told that delivery would occur it followed like clockwork.
