We receive our fruit at the same day/time each week, very consistent, easy process and great fruit. The only thing I would have to criticise is that we cannot amend our fruit orders, we would love some pears added to our fruit delivery please make this happen!! :)

The ladies at the salon absolutely love the fruit! It's not just how fresh it is, it's the presentation. We have it in our customer waiting area and it just looks so lovely and our customers love the fruit too! Definitely recommend.

Their fruit is always fresh, they always deliver on time, it's delicious and you have a wide variety of fruit to choose from. They come in a lovely little basket which looks very nice around the office and I was very pleased to find out that the plastic wrapping they use to cover up the fruit is fully compostable! It's nice to see Fruidel are combating plastic waste in unique ways!

I Would like to thank Fruidel for all their hard work during this pandemic, i honestly don't know what i would have done without them as I couldn't get a delivery elsewhere as there is backlogs to deal with. I first come across their Facebook advert and headed over to their website, the process was easy to be honest, picked my items apply the discount code, and off we go. This was followed with an email the same day advising of my first delivery day. the thing i find nice is that my delivery day remains the same every week and i don't need to worry about getting my morning essentials knowing that i have this subscription going. I used the code off90 which carries a 4 week minimum delivery period ( I've been on now for 13 weeks) however after the 4 weeks there is only a 2 week notice period when you want to cancel, which I find modest. The produce is really nice and fresh and the glass milk lovely.

Would like to put an honest review in about this company. Me and my partner have both tested posative for covid and. As we live nowhere near family we had to turn to rely on home deliverys. We where despite for fruit and vegetables and seen this company that looks reliable enough. So I placed an order for a weekly subscription of a large mixed fruit and veg box. When placing the order the website asked for my post code to check availability and it said yes we can cover your area. As advertised on there website. I tried to see exactly what you got in the box and any idea on delivery. To no avail So I called thismorning to find out. The lad who answered the phone was plesant enough but didn't know much about how the deliverys worked or when I could expect to get it. He didn't have any idea of how long it would normaly take from order to delivery. Again he had no idea. And just told me to expect an email some time today. Some time later I have recived an email telling me sorry they don't cover my area and have sent me a refund. I rang to express my disappointment in how unhappy I am. At first I got the same lad as the call before and again didn't know much about why I wasn't getting my order. I explained how we could not get out and that we needed this essential food delivery and it wasn't fair that we have to wait for the refund and now have to search to try and get another delivery from somewhere else obviously this isn't going to be today so we can eat and again the lad was pleasant enough and said well your money is on its way to you. So I asked to speak to a member of the management. This is when someone come on and from the start was of an attitude like he really couldn't be bothered and again I explained what had happened and the situation me and my partner was in. And he sort of laughed and said he didn't get what I was trying to get at and said so you placed an order with us and the next day we have sent you an email explaining that we don't cover your area and we are sending your money back WHATS YOUR PROBLEM. Ill tell you want ill sort the website out for you im sorry in a very abrupt Manor. This was his attitude and didnt care the position we was in. It was quite obvious I wasn't going to get anywhere with him and proceeded to say good bye and that I was going to put an honest review about how they have treated and delt with me. To his reply make sure its honest and my legal team will be intouch. I think he was one of the directors but I can't be sure. This is an honest review and I'm sure if its not they have recorded calls that I invite them to upload and prove me wrong

I received my order which looked completely different to what other people have received. The fruit was not good quality and started to rot only after a few days. The fact they try and send you a subscription box weekly for that price is terrible. They have a minimum of 4 weeks cancellation period, so if you get one box, you cannot cancel until you have paid off 4 weeks worth of boxes. Each box is around £18. That's nearly £80 in fruit a month. I told them I was not satisfied with the quality and they started threatening me telling me that they were going to pass on my details to the legal department. Threats like that to a customer that is dissatisfied with your service is shocking! I would happily pay if the fruit was of good quality and didn't start rotting straight away. Stay away, I would not recommend.
