After taking over the account from my colleague, Callum has been extremely helpful at making various amendments and updates to our weekly milk and fruit orders. Quick to reply and available to take a call anytime. We have had lots of good feedback and positive comments on the quality of fruit being delivered to the office since we started with Fruidel, so much so I've had to order more of it as hiding it to last until the next delivery wasn't working! We were promptly offer credit back when something wasn't available and given different options.

We have only been with Fruidel for 3 weeks now but still I can tell you that they are amazing. The whole process from inquiring to having a phone conversation with Gabriel Bryan, in which he made sure that he meets all our needs when choosing a plan for us to the fruit being delivered, it all went amazingly. They are very quick when it comes to their customer support, and one particular thing that I have appreciated has been the follow up, nowadays businesses stop doing that, or they do it in a more automated way rather than a personal one.
