HAve been using Fruidel for about a year now and their service is fantastic. There were teething problems at the beginning but these were rectified immediately. Any changes I make to our delivery is sorted straight away. Customer Services team are extremely helpful and accommodating. Can't fault them.

Fruidel has been our offices fruit supplier for the last 2 years. They always manage to deliver our baskets on time and are super helpful with any needs we have. Fruidel are always on time and very efficient. The quality of their products does not reflect how cheep they are! the milk is always fresh and if we have any issues, they are always friendly and quick to help/correct any mistakes.

Fruidel is great! Been using them for nearly a year now. As an office of 12 we find that having these weekly deliveries really help us, fruit is always fresh and options for milk are never disappointing. Can always change it up! Thank you for everything you do. :)

I am an employee of Fruidel, but this review is on behalf of a couple of organisations that have benefitted from Fruidel's Generosity when there has been overstock of produce. At 5pm on the last day of the warehouse being open prior to Christmas 2021 we had an overstock of produce at our Manchester depot, with nowhere else to go we made the decision to ask the Wellspring in Stockport whether they could take in the produce and give it a good home and ensure it went to help provide for some homeless people in the Stockport area, gladly they accepted. Some Sports clubs I am close to have also benefitted from overstock of produce (such as the odd half box of spotted Bananas on a Friday) - In Derbyshire, North Wales, Somerset and Northumberland. I also believe there could still be an empty Banana Box sitting by the fire of the building in Somerset doing it's new job of holding kindling and firelighting equipment. Whilst not a direct customer experience the sports clubs I am close to do really appreciate the generosity.

Fruit & milk always delivered on time and fruit is fresh. Callum is very helpful and responds quickly.

As a team, we were excited to offer fruit as a staff benefit and chose Fruidel based on their excellent feedback across various platforms. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Week 1: Out of 52 items, 12 were missing, and eight were not edible. Week 2: Several items were missing, and the invoice value was incorrect. We informed Fruidel that we would be canceling the service. Week 3: Fruit was delivered only after we sent an email inquiring about the delivery status. We were informed that a different driver was responsible, and he had to be asked to come back out to deliver. We received an email from their accounts team stating that a more aggressive email would follow. If they had addressed our previous emails, this escalation would not have been necessary. After I requested an invoice with the correct value to facilitate payment, a member of their accounts team called. He was rude but did eventually correct the invoice, allowing us to make the payment. It seems everything that could have gone wrong with this service did go wrong. Despite their positive feedback, our experience suggests otherwise. I would not consider working with Fruidel again.
