Been using Gold Standard Nutrition for over 6 months now and I'm constantly blown away by their ability to provide amazing meals that fit my macros. I've yet to try any of their products that I don't like, which makes choosing my monthly order incredibly difficult Highly recommend

GSN is the best meal prep company out there. It hits your macros & calories, no nasties & tastes amazing! It makes it very easy as an athlete & online fitness coach to hit my targets whilst enjoying what I’m eating! I recommend GSN to all my clients whether they are a stay at home Mum or Pilates instructor. My absolute favourite is the Creamy Chicken Korma, so much so that I always chose that over a takeaway!

I don’t remember the last time I chopped, flavoured and cooked chicken since I switched to GSN 😍 Every meal prep I’ve used previously is dry, blanned and lacked options you actually want to eat! 10/10 would recommend for flavour, taste, convenience and quick protein hits!

easy macro tracked meals in 5 minutes I don't love cooking and I have a busy life, so GSN meals and bags of pre cooked chicken in my freezer are a life saver. My favourites are the chicken peppercorn pasta and the steamed chicken breast (for the record, I will never be able to make chicken that soft... ever!)

Since using GSN it has been a life/ time saver as a busy, self employed mum and athlete these have made it easy for me to stay on track with my nutrition goals and with the wide range of delicious flavours gives me so many options. My favourite so far are the salt & pepper chicken bites, wraps and one of my favourite pots are gold because there so many to choose from is the sweet and sour chicken !

I love that these meals are nutritionally complete, tasty and read from frozen in such a short time! My favourite product has to be the chicken pieces as you can air fry them in a few mins and add to and meal/prep if you like to make your own meals. Tasty and convenient. The packaging is really well designed and the meals always arrive frozen.

GSN is easy, tasty, convenient and incredible value for money. I work full time and try and train CrossFit around my working hours the best I can. The pots of gold and 1kg chicken bites are my daily lunches every single day without fail. They are tasty, fast to prep and allows me to feel fuelled for my working day and for training later into the evening. It takes a lot of the guess work out of healthy eating too as I know I'm getting the carbs and protein I need. The delivery times are super convenient and the variety of meals you can make with the 1kg chicken bites especially means you never get bored of your food. Highly recommend GSN to anyone!

GSN pots of gold, especially the Katsu curry, are my go to meals! Pre and post training and workouts, they are perfect fuel :)

Can’t get enough of the chicken bites!! They make my prepping time so much quicker and easier. And the chicken is great quality and tastes amazing. Would recommend these to anyone who struggles with time to prep their meals.

The salt and pepper 10kg bags are soo good! A life saver on prep as you don’t have to do any cooking and chicken tastes amazing just microwaving it! Highly recommend :)
