Tasty, plenty of variety, convenient & a great support to a healthier lifestyle. My partner and I started using GSN in February/March as we were struggling to get back to a healthier lifestyle. We previously kept slipping back into ordering takeaways as we did not have the time or energy to cook. Since using GSN I have lost almost 1 stone, I feel happier and in a routine where we have also started to buy the wraps (LOVE THE NEW CHICKEN RECIPES!!!) for work lunches, as well as the usual bundle of pots that we buy for our dinners. 10/10 recommend.

Just received these today. They came well packaged with ice bags. I was buying food on the go from shops due to not having time to make lunch. This was getting far too expensive, so I came across this company which ticks the boxes of being a reasonable price, good sized portion, tasty and packaged with the environment in mind. The first box was great, very impressed and will be ordering again. I just hope they are able to keep the prices down.

The microwave pots are bland and the chicken is dry and tough. The ones with pasta are edible as the rice pots go like mush. won’t be ordering again. The salt and pepper chicken bites are nice.

GSN offer a wide range of meals for people who take the training seriously but are trying to balance training/contest prep with work and family life. Whether you are looking to hit your macros or just looking to grab something tasty on the go you will find GSN in dispensable. But GSN isn't only people who train, I have my family took in now and they couldn't be happier, and it is saving me a small fortune. My autistic son who once would only eat Maccy D's nuggets will now make his own Panko Breaded Chicken Bites, it really is that easy! Keep up the great work GSN

Pizza's were fantastic! Great meal to cover when food prep goes wrong. Great source of protein and great as a lunch or dinner! Only moan would be that they were quite defrosted when they arrived...

These are really Good, easy to prepare and above all tasty and healthy as part of our exercising regime and healthy diet

Portion size - good Variety - OK Quality - variable I've tried 3 pots now and 2 out of 3 have had watery/mushy rice. It's a real shame as I've been willing myself to really like them but the texture is a big issue for me. Some of them are a little under seasoned, some a little over seasoned. I'm going to persist, but so far it's all a bit "it'll do" rather than "wow!"

Love the pots be good if you could get the English breakfast back in again as it be missed that

Great taste. Nice price, quality ingredients, no gmo and other bs, delivered promptly. You can eat it from the box (pot) so less washing dishes. So all good.

I started the gym in the first time in about 5 years and they sold GSN meals at their cafe. After trying a few I thought they are really low in calories and high in protein so with the amount of hours I do in work I don’t always have time to sit down and meal prep. This has made the process so much easier. I just pick what meal I want out the freezer and away I go. I also purchased the wraps too for lunch and the prices are really reasonable, Definitely recommend these.
