From ordering to delivery was quick and easy. Meals are delicious, and the same price as a Tesco meal deal, yet a lot more beneficial.

Calorie-friendly meals! Easy to carry to work and easy to prepare! (Just microwave!) the nutrients in every pot (pot o gold) no matter the meal/cuisine are all on point! I discovered these pots years ago in a fitcookie store when the guy introduced them to me first time and i liked it! My wife is also impressed!

The pots of gold are great, so many wonderful flavours to choose from, always delivered on time and securely packed, also the pizzas are fantastic my favourite being the buffalo chicken

The Pot of Golds are great, lots of flavors to choose from and so convenient to use. The products are always well packed and delivered to you early in the day which is important when buying frozen food.

Quick, low sugar, high protein delicious meals ready in 6 mins from the freezer ! I tried the 10 pot of gold deal, love them all, really tasty and a decent serving in those little pots, and now my local shop sells them !

I have been looking for the right meal company for a while now and what caught my eye was the branding and packaging. I was slightly worried about the size of the meal, but now after ordering a 10 pot bundle I can say that it’s very filling. I was that happy with it I put a 32 pot bundle order straight back in before I ran out!

It was brilliant all the food was excellent, although the slow oats pots were all damaged which left them with plastic in the oats which I had to chew on to find them but the rest of the food was amazing will be getting another lot

My first experience of using GSN. I am really pleased with it & impressed. I’ve used other meal prep in the past, but this is the best I’ve tried. So convenient, good quality & filling. I will be buying again.

The food has been nice..however I have found a lot of the meals to be quiet spicy & I haven't been able to finish them or not eat them at all.

Fantastic price and quality. Saw them advertised by DaveTrains, so I copped the 14 meal bundle. Works out to be £3.50 ish a meal! When you’re getting 40g of Protein and about the same in carbs, and it’s real food. You can’t complain. Great quality meats used and they seriously pack flavour and sauce. Will be indefinitely using GSN. 10/10.

Tastes good. I always get the bolognese but a it’s pretty inconsistent on how much mince is in the pot so I don’t know how accurate the nutrition is. Also weird that it’s cheaper per pot to buy 3 from an Everlast gym that 35 in bulk directly from the company.

Absolutely love this chicken, the easiest way ever to get quality nutrition quickly. Tastes amazing, I make my wraps in the morning using the chicken straight from the freezer, by lunchtime fresh , moist and so tasty. Don’t have a favourite just love them all. Ordering is quick and easy and you are kept up to date with very precise delivery times and options. Super healthy super easy super tasty.
