Love the meals. My last delivery a few of the pots of gold were defrosted and one leaking a bit. Just popped them in the fridge and ate them 1st. My new delivery has been good 🙂

Great products! Especially the chicken bites large bags which I can just keep topped up in the freezer for quick and easy meal prep and they are really tasty too!

I think since I've been getting gold standard nutients meals I feel more active and have more energy, I've been a chef for over 27 years and I thinks the food is excellent value for money and would recommend it to my friends . My favourite is spice chicken and Blackburn, fabulous, and also since purchased the meal have loss weight and feel more relaxed and can do things I would have dreamed of.

I love these meals. I am currently 7 months pregnant and still working a full time job so I find they are really very helpful. They taste incredible as an added bonus. My fave is the chicken katsu and I do like the buffalo chicken too!!! They are all lovely

Love the Pot O Golds, they are perfect for a easy meal which is tasty, good portion sizes and low in calories! Always stock the freezer up with these and they are the perfect size to pack in nicely without taking up too much space

Love the meals from GSN, have literally got my whole family into them now! The frozen chicken breasts are so handy and really tasty - I find sometimes they can be fatty and poorly textured from other places but I haven’t had a poor GSN one yet. Love the wraps too, the chicken tikka is a personal fave! My husband takes a ready meal everyday to work and keeps him full until he comes home without going to the food van!

Been lunching on these for years now. Overall very consistent. They're a frozen meal so don't expect miracles but for less than the cost of a supermarket meal deal they're top notch.
