First class meals well balanced exerlent taste and simple use top points to gsn

I’m really enjoying the food - more choice than curries would be good - and quite high in carbs - but will defo be ordering again.

Haven’t had any of the chicken breasts yet but enjoyed them a few years ago and expect they’ll be great. The salt and pepper noodle pot I had this week was really nice apart from one very chewy piece of chicken.

The ordering process was easy and food was delivered quickly in good condition. its great to have this tasty healthy option for the days I'm in too much pain to cook. The quality and quantity of the food is excellent and it's really really tasty. Great value compared to other ready meal options.

I’ve been eating GSN meals for a few months now and I can’t recommend them enough. They’re quick, tasty and a great option for hitting your nutrition targets! I’ve been losing weight and they have helped massively by helping to control my calories and hit my protein target. The chicken balti, Mexican chilli and chicken fajita are the best ones but I’ve not had a bad meal yet. The wraps are also really tasty and a great snack option. I’m not a huge fan of the pizzas as the base is very thin but taste wise, they were good enough. Will continue buying and eating GSN meals for a long time!

Absolutely LOVE GSN!!! I have a whole freezer in my garage stocked up with everything and a monthly subscription. Makes meal planning so easy and delicious. Even my 12yo son eats it all to keep fit and strong for rugby! Plus customer service is brilliant if I ever have any queries they’re super helpful. Thankyou GSN Team for looking after me xx

Informative meal contents with a variety of choices

I absolutely love this brand! It’s not extraordinarily expensive (although I can’t define it cheap) but extremely convenient for those who like me don’t have enough time to focus on their meal prep but still want to eat healthy. I try to order as frequently as I can and their bundles make me genuinely happy.

Such great products, so handy, store in the freezer and there when you need them (unless someone else finds them and eats them first). The Chicken Katsu has been a firm favourite but dare I say it the new Sweet and Sour is even better, GSN have managed to recreate the traditional take away style almost perfectly, right down to the sticky rice. Solid 10/10 for this one! These really are a must try!

This would be my second or third time ordering from Gold Standard Nutrition. The foods taste great and really enjoyed them. With some of the dishes that has rice, when warming them up it can go mushy. Otherwise, I would recommend GSN for their foods and affordability.

Food arrived right on time, all packed tightly and under perfect freezing conditions; I'm amazed at how much nutrition they pack into these meals at a competitive price compared to other brands, some of which costing upwards of £75 per week compared to ~£200 per month here for lunch and dinner. GSN are far and away the best meal prep company I've had the pleasure of shopping with and I fully intend on using them in the future to help keep me accountabe and on track with my goals, during those busy days where I just can't find the time or desire to cook.

I've tried quite a few meal prep/already prepped companies. GSN is the clear winner for me and fitness meal plan goals. They fit my insulin goals as a T1 and my fitness goals as well as being super tasty! My partner and I love them!
