I eat GSN pots of gold every day and have done for a long time. The convenience of preparation and portion size helps me implement diet control and (and this is the most important bit) they taste so damned good I’m excited to eat lunch every day - love them!!!

Absolutely love every one I have had! The kids love the bags of BBQ chicken ..and the satay rice boxes are my guilty pleasure !!! These meals are so convenient when…. 1. Trying to manage my weight and protein intake 2. When working 12.5hrs a day in hospital nursing they defo hit the spot when I get home tired and have no motivation to cook at 20:30 at night ! Really tasty high protein meals...5 mins in microwave and done...so quick and convenient healthy meals....Not tasted a bad meal yet...

The food is very good quality. The macros are good and great variety. I have had all the wraps, all the pizzas and most flavours of the pots. They are packaged very well in cardboard which is good to see. The bundles are great value too.

I went in not expecting much but I was blown away with the taste and the fullness they gave me, so many great flavours and many I tried not expecting to like them and I loved them, great company fast delivery and very well packed to keep them safe and cooled

The ease of these meals is second to none. Freezer to microwave 7mins ... boom. They are also very tasty and nutritious. I love the packaging as there is no plastic (unlike others i have tried) so, fully recyclable. 😁

I’ve tried 2 different food prep services and GSN is the winner of the two. They offer consistent and good quality frozen foods and I’ve never had a late delivery of the roughly 6 times I’ve ordered from them. On a side note, I really wish that you guys can get rid of the postage costs, maybe over £100 is free? People including myself really hate paying that, especially when it costs significant amounts of money. Other than that it’s great

These are the best prep meals I have tried and reasonably price as well! I couldn’t recommend them enough too be honest!

I’ve tried a lot of the pot flavours, the chicken pots, the pizzas and wraps. I think all of the products are great. I was not personally a fan of the pizzas but can see how others would be. It’s so convenient to get home and just chuck a pot into the microwave while I settle down for 5 minutes, quick stir and another minute later and I’m eating dinner. Convenience has really been my key to losing weight.

Been using these guys for years! The pots of gold are great my favourite is the spag bol and the mexican chilli beef. I live off the big bags of salt and pepper chicken too. Remember when they used to do sweet potato mash they should bring it back!
