I am still waiting for my order after DPD failed to deliver it and it was snagged back to GSN. I've emailed and web-messaged the company 4-times now, but have yet to get any response... Not what I'd expect and very disappointed - taken the cash and seemingly done a runner!

Packaging and delivery was top class. First time trying these guys out, the chicken bites are absolutely amazing. Six minutes in the air fryer for perfect crispy chicken. Will definitely be ordering again soon.

Compared to other meal services, GSN is very price friendly, beats competitors by saving close to half the price. Meals are good, well balanced and easy to store.

I love my GSN meals but once again I was not able to place an order due to issues with the website. Despite trying on 2 device and multiple browsers, subscription page and button to add wraps simple would not load. If these issues continue I will have no choice but to find an alternative brand. Very disappointed.

John has gone above and beyond to help and advise. I have been using GSN for meals since 2019 and always impressed and recommend. My experience with John has affirmed everything I’ve loved about the company. No questions were too much or too silly. Thank you so much John.

1Love the breakfast wrap, anyone got any good tips to stops food items being at the bottom of the wrap. Sticks a little bit to the packet. I have also tried chicken curry. Tasted nice but compared to photo on the web page. It lacks chicken and sauce. Plus only 2 strips of pepper. I will try the others in my bundle. Price is ok for what you get. update Tried some more and they were great.i have ordered some different one to try and will check tips on the page.

I ordered 16 wraps this week as my first time. I’ve now tried every wrap once and wanted to offer some Feedback. Cooking in the box seems to be problematic, each wrap is either getting stuck to the cardboard and either ripping the wrap or leaving cardboard stuck on the wrap? The sticky bbq chicken and Korean sweet chilli wrap the coated chicken was horrible, the coating was soggy and tasted chewy - I couldnt even finish them. I’ve also had 2 tortillas go really crispy and inedible? I loved the breakfast one and the tikka one was the best flavour. The salt and pepper chicken one was nice but tasted far to aromatic(ironic I know) and the fajita chicken one all of the flavour was in one end of my wrap? Overall slight disappointed and don’t think I’ll order again

Just had GSN meals for the first time and sorry, I’m not sure what the others have been eating but ours were tasteless and so dry, piping hot made it even harder to taste, and was still disappointed when cooled.. do not recommend and will not buy again !!

Genuinely can’t fault this company whatsoever. I highly encourage anyone reading this to try this company. There’s many companies out there that provide meals but this company also provides more variety. They don’t just do ready meals but they do big bags of chicken which is great for lunch taking to work for protein as well as doing chicken wraps. I had an issue with my delivery date which was 100% my fault but they were able to contact DPD to hold it to be delivered the next day. So even though I messed up they really saved me from having food go to waste so I’m very grateful to this company. Food is delicious compared to other companies I have tried that do ready meals and their pots of gold are almost half the price of other companies but taste better. Like how?! It’s crazy to me honestly haha. Shows that the company is full of good people who care so massive thanks again.

Chicken good one pack of chicken was already open tho ? Would buy more but have just increased there prices by £2 which isn’t worth it.

1st time ordering, well packed with frozen cool packs keeping meals solid frozen on arrival, super speedy delivery, litrally less than 48 hours after order was made,, I'd alway buy 2 or 3 x of these meals a day from my local gym , ordering a bulk of my monthly intake , I've saved over £50 buying direct from GSN, you also get points on purchase making your next order that little cheaper, great all rounder, plenty of variety , many thanks👊

They made a mistake with my order. I contacted them and they immediately apologised and rectified the issue. No arguments, no fuss, just action. Anybody can provide good customer service when things go right, but I judge a company on how it responds when things go wrong and GSN have demonstrated customer service of the highest order. They are worthy of 5 stars. Shout out to John D who dealt with my issue.

I have now been a customer of GSN for over 2 years. Unfortunately I'm now having to write this review to hopefully see some changes before I switch my business over to an alternative provider... I regularly order the 32 Pot Bundle to cover my lunches. It's a great idea and great products with lots of flavours but unfortunately I've now experienced multiple examples where the pots I am receiving are just half filled or 3/4 filled. The company does advertise that all pots are "hand filled". If this is the case, there needs to be a serious change in process of quality control because the consistency is just not there. I have previously sent an email to customer services who advised to take pictures and send across batch numbers. I don't have the time to send constant emails and pictures as this is meant to be a convenient way for me to get the nutrition I need. I'm just hoping this review will spark some changes internally so I do not have to find an alternative provider (of which there are many!). One other point to note - as has been noted by many other reviews on this site, the Katsu pot is no longer the same. It is drier, tastes completely different to the previous recipe. I know GSN have stated that there have been no changes to the recipe but clearly multiple reviews are stating the same thing so something is not quite right! I hope these issues get fixed so I can continue to order from GSN. The concept is great - just need to get the consistency in your Pots and all will be well!

I've been ordering from GSN for many months now. Always delicious, great quality food. I used to really struggle with knowing what to have for lunch if I didn't have leftovers from the night before and would resort to unhealthy options because they're quick and easy. Now I just heat up one of the pots! Great as a takeaway replacement too. The buffalo chicken is one of my favourite meals and I'd choose it over a takeaway any day. Only had 1 issue with a delivery being delivered to the wrong address which was not the company's fault as the delivery company admitted they had gone to a different property - and it was resolved promptly without fuss. I'd recommend GSN to anyone looking for easy, healthier meal options that also taste good. Tried many other meal delivery services only to find them bland and very sad. Also helpful for keeping an eye on my macros as someone looking to build more muscle. Keep up the great work ✌️

I've ordered direct from GSN numerous times, as well as pick up GSN meals regularly from my gym. I love the different 'pot o gold' options and find them really convenient and tasty. The bags of chicken are also really good. Unfortunately I find the consistency of the products to be a real problem for me now. As an example, as part of my last order, I ordered 3 buffalo crispy chicken pots. One pot had next to no sauce and was just dry chicken and potato, the second pot had far too much sauce and the 3rd pot I opened was only 70% full. I have had similar issues with other pots, where, there is either so much water coming out of the product as you defrost, you have to drain the pot half way through warming up, other times, the same pot can be dry as sticks. The inconsistency is making it difficult for me to order from here again, as I have no idea of what I'm going to get when it arrives. The website proudly states that all pots are hand crafted / packed, and unfortunately you can tell! Another problem which is caused by the inconsistency is that I now no longer trust the macros stated on the pots. There is no way these can be accurate given the difference in each pot. A final draw back for me is that these pots should be priced better when buying direct from the website. The £6 delivery fee is too steep and because of this it works out cheaper buying these products from my gym rather than the website.

Bought the triple pack of flavoured chicken pieces. All tasty but the Hickory bbq is great.
