We began the process of selling our house with Shoosmiths prior to the name change to Swiitch. Every interaction with staff has been professional and straight to the point. My main dealing was with Lucy Davighi who I found to be so efficient and prompt at replying to emails. What could have been a stressful process was made easy to deal with. Going back to Lucy for an unrelated, yet related matter, again met with a prompt reply to an email. I see many years of business between us in the future.

This is the second time that I have used Swiitch. The fact that I returned should say everything about the level of service they offer. This second case had a very constrained timeline to completion and Regan Salter went above and beyond to help me for which I am incredibly grateful.

We dealt with Beth Rebhan. We had a quite a few issues with the sellers solicitors & getting timely answers. Beth was great in dealing with these - chasing and keeping us in the loop at all times as to what was going on. Beth was friendly and approachable and happy to explain processes to someone not use to the legal side of things. Would recommend!
