We used swiitch conveyancing on recommendation from our estate agents and I have to say that I was very impressed by them. Lauren Elliott was our conveyancer and she kept us regularly updated with proceedings, we had a few issues with our buyers conveyancers not responding to enquiries/e mails from Swiitch but they kept persevering and pushing forwards. I did phone a few times for advice on some of the questions on paperwork I had received and had my questions answered straight away even if Lauren was not available.
