Liam Cook dealt with the sale of my property and was responsive and patient throughout, in what became a painfully drawn out conveyance (on the buyer side). I could get in touch with him when needed. I had trouble finding a solicitor to take me on with my purchase of a leasehold, however I went to Swiitch via recommendation from the estate agents and they have been very good. They got me in touch with Oli Haley and Maryam Arif. Communication has been excellent, whenever I have contacted by email I receive a response within a day. I had contacted a string of questions regarding my purchase and they called and ran me through all the points so I was on the same page of the book. My purchase is still under way however I could not fault the solicitors and paralegals I have been provided with. The process has been slightly slowed down by the sellers solicitors however when I've contacted for any check ins they were already following up. Would easily recommend!
