Great service, helpful informative advice and brilliant products. The nappy recommendation questionnaire gave great suggests and the zoom demo was fantastic.

Firstly The Nappy Lady offers a free information booklet with options for you based on answers to a short questionnaire. You can either fill in as much or as little as you want and they will still send you the best information they can offer. Once we had the information, we had as much time as we wished to go through and study ourselves, without continuous emails from them pushing us to buy, which was a really nice touch. The information on their website, with the numerous videos are excellent and finally once we decided what we wanted to order, the items came extremely quickly and well packed. Would definitely recommend, particularly as they are very well competitively priced, highly knowledgeable and fast delivery. Its well worth supporting a smaller business than the larger ones, especially when they are basically the same cost, better quality and sometimes actually cheaper!

As a newbie to cloth nappies- great personal advice through use of questionnaire, although I would’ve liked to see an option for all in ones (not just wrap option), just as this personally appealed to me to try instead. I love the videos on some of the nappy types though-very useful!

The Nappy Lady provided fantastic service from beginning to end - personalised advice, free video calls for demonstrating differerent nappies and follow up email service for queries after. Delivery of products was extremely quick and I love that the absolute minimum of packaging was used. Pricing perhaps initially seems high but with all the additional support and help and excellent customer service I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The Nappy Lady are so knowledgeable, especially for older kids and adult products. They stock hard to get hold of styles of reusable products that you can't get elsewhere in the UK, and their customer service and delivery speed is excellent.
