After my pregnancy I started to use my other cup and it was very uncomfortable and it's hurt when put in/out. I am strated to look after a better one. I really love my new cup, thank you. Recommend for everyone who has short cervix.

I contacted the website via their questionnaire initially, as I am a first time mum-to-be. Both my husband and I knew we wanted to use reusable nappies, but had no idea where to start. The questionnaire was thorough and detailed, and I received a very quick response with three different recommendations, with clear explanations of each option. From this, and answers to questions gained through The Nappy Lady Parenting FB page, we bought the recommended newborn nappies. I was initially pleased with a 5% discount (unfortunately I bought a week and a half before the announcement of a 20% discount for reusable nappy week). The delivery arrived three days later, all in excellent condition.

We have just received our reusable nappy premium pack from The Nappy Lady and are very impressed with the speed of service and communication. Even though we ordered on a Sunday evening we had an estimated delivery slot very shortly afterwards. Overall a great experience, made even sweeter by just catching the end of the sale!

After having a demonstration on the reusable nappies (which was excellent and I would highly recommend) we decided to buy some of the Motherease shell to go over muslins for when our baby is first born. It was a bit confusing because small and extra small are described as practically the same yet when we got them there is a clear difference. We were also a bit disappointed that many of the brands we like the sound of are out of stock, however I think this is due to Brexit.
