I ordered an item on April the 9th and got it on April 22th. I paid for second class delivery. I only got the item because i wrote requesting the tracking number to see if It got lost in the mail. I wasn’t provided with the original tracker. I recieved apologies and was given a tracker for a new parcel sent first class. I recieved it the following day.

Delivery was prompt, all items safely received.

Wonderful service! I've been trying to find a nighttime solution for my stomach sleeper who is a heavy wetter and sleeps through the night without waking up. So I was excited to find that The Nappy Lady had an advice service where you filled out a survey and they would suggest what they thought you needed based on it. I ordered two motherease air flow wraps.

Excellent value for money. Excellent communication and excellent updates. Ordered on a Sunday and was given a 2 day (Tuesday) delivery time and date the very same day. We will be ordering again without a doubt. I now see why this site has so many good reviews and recommendations. I would advise anyone to go to The Nappy Lady.

Super friendly service and incredibly helpful as can be a bit difficult navigating the world of reusable nappies. Would highly recommend the zoom introduction sessions. Was really easy to order and product came quickly. My only feedback is that the nappy came in a non-recyclable plastic bag. Given that one of our driving factors for using reusables is the environmental impact would be good to see them use a more environmentally friendly packaging option.

The personalised questionnaire is really detailed and so helpful with suggestions about what type of nappies to get. There is really a lot of thought that goes into helping customers especially ones who are needing to work within a budget. TNL are very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend using them!
