I ordered a hozelock 3 high risers. When I opened the box the package was opened and bent over as if done to fit in a small box but in doing so part of one of the risers was missing. I have sent 2 messages to them with photos but still no courtesy of a reply after about 3 weeks. Avoid.

Paid for 24 hr delivery, its almost 5 complete days now and still not received my item. Called, emailed and filled online form to cancel, no response!

Don’t order from this store, the person who runs it is dishonest. Ordered 2 hurricane lamps and only one was delivered. I Instantly emailed Bargainstore and again a few days later, sending images of the box delivered showing the box wasn’t big enough to hold 2 lamps, proving I only received 1. After two weeks of being ignored I contacted PayPal for a full refund. PayPal repaid my money straight away. I noticed another review saying they hadn’t received their purchase either. Do not buy from this seller if you don’t want your hard earned money stolen from you.
