The wrong item was sent over two weeks ago. I’ve emailed and left messages on their mobile answerphone and not had a reply. Not sure what sort of company this is with no customer or after sales service or even anyone to talk to! I’m over £25 out of pocket and they obviously have no intention of doing anything about it..AVOID this company.

Wrong item sent by Royal Mail 48 not 24 hours as paid for. No reply to emails or phone calls. Appalling service. Will ask PayPal to reverse payment.

Here we are a week after contacting Bargainstore by phone and at least 4 emails still no reply. Shocking customer service.
