We engaged CK Medical to recruit consultants for our company. Our process relies on a candidate coming to our office and sitting a scientific writing test. We then critically review the results of this test to check for scientific accuracy, report writing and attention to detail to decide on suitability. We found out from several candidates that the CK Medical recruiter had, routinely. without our knowledge, deliberately sent out both our test and the evaluation process to candidates immediately prior to their interview - presumably to bias the response and get the recruitment fee. The same corruption as a teacher giving GCSE students the marked paper prior to their exam!. We raised this very serious breach of professional standards issue and lost all trust in CK Medical and immediately ceased trading with them.
