Was under pressure to provide reference information remotely when I was away on holiday. This took me 2 hours & I wasn't made aware of the detail required so it was hard sorting this away from home. Not made aware of the identification check in Chesterfield. I was asked to travel to there at short notice from Leeds at a cost of £22 and a 4 hour return trip for a 2 day a week contract. This was totally unreasonable but when I pushed back on this, CK did relent and meet me in Leeds but the request for me to go to Chesterfield should never have been made. Totally unreasonable. I also had to chase for day 1 meet and greet details. I asked if they could ask about an earlier start time for travel arrangements and I got an email asking me to ask them when I started. Again unacceptable as I asked CK to sort this for me before I started.

The girls taking care of the swiss office Jasmin and Jocelyn were great, helpful and quick to respond to all of my inquiries. And also make me aware of further opportunities. However there are members of the group that tell me about an opportunity then I never hear from them nor do they respond to my emails :( this needs improving
