A professional and thoroughly friendly service that could not tried harder or more successfully to find me a new position

My prior experience with other recruiters had been lacklustre. I can't pinpoint, but the word "impersonal" rings around my head; as if their calls to you were to appear to be working to their bosses. CK Group was genuine. They have clearly earned the trust of their company clients and this is a boon to any candidate; if they think you're good, that'll carry weight with prospective employers. You aren't just another CV blindly fired off to the Big Four. Prior to each interview there was a briefing. Not a generic "top 10 interview tips," but information regarding the temperament, history and ambitions of your interviewer(s). It's impossible to know whether or not I would've landed the job without these briefings. Maybe yes; maybe no. But, if I have the option in the future, I take the briefings every time. Feedback was to-the-point and quick. If your primary contact was out of the office, the baton would be handed off seamlessly. Anonymised approximate details about the sort of competition you are facing is also useful. Full disclosure: I got the role; so you can take that into account, but I would feel the same way about their professionalism and friendliness regardless. I have already since recommended them to a close friend looking to change industry. If you are on the fence about working with them, have a conversation and see if your first impression matches this review.

Georgia has been very helpful throughout my involvement with CK. always phones to check up on me and if everything Is ok, and equally always available on the phone if I have any queries.

Great service. Only issue was that there seemed to be the need for all conversations to be on the phone which is very difficult to always make time for or fit into current work. More email communication may have been better.
