Slow and appalling service. I had to keep chasing up the matter of faulty goods rather than them contacting me. When the issue was finally investigated I was told it wasn't their fault but implied it to be mine (I simply took the bra out of the packet, put it on and as I was taking it off I noticed a small nick in one of the cups - it made no contact with anything that could have caused the tear). Luckily as I'd made a point of pushing the matter I got a "goodwill" replacement, but I feel they were reluctant to do even that. Disgusting service. Check your goods carefully!

I ordered a medium size latex bra. I'm a 36 B and sometimes can do a 34. But I feel like this item is surprisingly too small & am considering returning it for a larger size. However, I bought it for an event this Saturday so.....hard decisions....I really thought that medium would be a good fit

This hairpiece has a solid interior, causing it to lift for that 'beehive' look. Its a lot better quality than I had expected; at moment, saving it for special occassions / video I've got in mind. If only they also did it in my natural haircolor (dark brown): I'd wear it out & about as well.

We were virgin honour users but were impressed by the speed of the delivery and the quality of the goods. The toy descriptions could have been better and the killer heels a little wider in size but the leather was impressive and well finished. We will use them again.

Bought a vibe for the wife, used it once,then it failed, despite changing batteries etc. Phoned Honour (they claim a returns policy if faulty) but had to argue for a replacement. Sent it off, but instead of a replacement, it appears the same article was returned,now working, with better batterie, but with no apology,explanation,or refunded postage. Not even sure if the returned item was actually the one I had sent, most disconcerting, and not the sort of customer treatment indicated by their stated policy. I doubt I would purchase any thing further from them. Not a lot of Honour here! PS what are the term and conditions below??? PPS 29/8/14 So much for the repairs??? It worked once for about 20 seconds, and then nothing, despite numerous attempts and changing of batteries. Regardless of Honour's claimed response to my review, there has been no contact, so I shall be seeking a refund!!
